Owais works closely with some of the dns’s most valued clients to give them the confidence they need to focus on their business. He is known for his calm nature and proactive approach. Away from work, he resolve family disputes and provide care and support to elderly people. He is a founding member of Human welfare organisation Hounslow.

I have more than 7 years of experience in tax and accounting. I specialise in R&D Tax relief and corporate tax including reorganisations, acquisitions/mergers and employee share schemes. Being a logical thinker, I enjoy listening to my client’s objectives and use my problem-solving skills to come up with solutions that are tax efficient and commercially sound.

James Bland is a Chartered Tax Adviser and affiliate STEP member specialising in private client tax matters. In particular James specialises in property taxation, trust taxation and inheritance tax. James works closely with the clients of dns on a variety of tax matter assisting their dedicated tax team as necessary to ensure that dns's client obtain the best tax advice.

Martin Kaney BA LLB (Hons) is Director of X-VAT Ltd, creator of vatman pro and founder of the vatman.store. He has over 30 years' experience in VAT with HM Customs & Excise and various professional firms. He is a Member of the VAT Practitioners Group Technical Committee, a Council Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group, and has been a freelance trainer in the UK for BPP Professional Education, MBL Seminars, and internationally for PDS (Nigeria), Corsol Events (UAE) and Euro Strategic Events (KSA). He is also the author of two textbooks on VAT in the Public Sector (Spiramus).

With more than 16 years of experience as an accountant and tax advisor, I have worked with many business owners and private clients to structure their income and assets tax efficiently. I have completed management level CIMA qualification and a degree in economics. My keen interest in contractors and freelancers, has helped me gain expertise in IR35 and tax legislations affecting them. I regularly conduct year-end tax review meetings with clients (both business and private) to minimise their tax bills and provide a tax effective remuneration planning. I also specialise in business cessation and retirement planning.

I have more than 3 years of relevant experience in providing tax efficient remuneration strategies to businesses and freelancers, IR35 advice and business cessation. I have a bachelor’s in commerce and a Msc in Business Administration. I proud myself in having a attention to detail approach, which keeps me organised and helps in working with clients to provide the right support and advice.
